hello! thank you to everyone who comments, reads, shares, and donates to the patreon or ko-fi on this fine saturday. comic and art continues to improve at a steady clip, but i keep finding myself with new work to keep me busy instead of returning to my usual projects! i have two commissions in the queue so im going to be a little pokey as i work through them.

here are some things i watched and read this week:

• i've been reading "dead dead demon's dededede destruction", a manga by inio asano. if you recognize the name than i need say no more lol. i found myself souring at the end of the other work of his that i've read, "oyasumi punpun", so im interested to see how this one plays out. as usual, the art is stunning. for no other reason, its worth reading for the lavish art. how the hell does he do it!
• punchy2nd broke every silent hill game as fast as possible. an interesting look at coding oddities in this game series by someone who speedruns them.
• a surprisingly thorough bloodborne music analysis for a change. i really enjoyed seeing someone tackle this subject beyond simple observations of the musical style and into the process of creation from hiring the composers to the actual musical processes and leitmotifs used.
• dungeonchill has a new video on a very strange game that honestly looks right up my alley. i might check this one out.
• powerpak explores a little known indie steam game that's deeper than it looks

the only drawing i have this week is an elden ring drawing ive had on the backburner for months i finally pushed through and finished. it was supposed to be a quick paint job!
